Yes it is, it's an ISO file. So you'd need to mount the image or burn it on to a cd for it to work.
Are they findable in the internet?

That's DC, okay. Next question, do you know how/where to get the DC roms or are they called ISO. I don't have DC or the CVS2 dics, so is the game downloadable on the internet?

I guess my title says it. Anyone know how? Or is CPS3 emulator and roms are out? Or is there other ways of making animations without roms?

For now, I just wish to use an emulator, maybe I'll get a DC in the furture, but for now, anyone have good emu of DC that are sprites making friendly?

I heard that DC's roms are easy to get, is that true? If it's true, then I have a few games I would want. Marvel vs Capcom 2, since CPS3 is not out yet, maybe I can get the DC version. The KOF games, they always have extra things, I want to see them. And I know nothing about DC emulation yet, so which emulator is the best, have frame by frame function and screen capture, I use window XP.

Try checking yahoo, with the word animation. I do check one eith alot of aniamtions, not games, but with things like basketball, chair, etc, but I can't remember the site's name, sorry.

Why would one use Full Throttle?
What does it do? My old PC makes the game slower, while my current PC makes it 10 times faster?!

As you all know.dat files are the only files you can place in a VCD, and you usually download.avi files from net, and if I want to watch it as a VCD, how do I do it?

What I encountered was when switched between the "9" button, one is so fast that in five seconds, the opponent beat me.

I went to Microsoft and clicked the check PC for infection, it says infected and cleared, then I refresh and click check PC again to make sure, then it says not infected, but the above problems I mentioned still exists.

Maybe you can make us a guide? I'll add it to the tutorials section too.
There's a character test for ROTD and there is a frame by frame movement there, so just press F9 to take a shot, and then do the normal process for animating or you mean guide including how to make animations?

I think I know what's doing these, MyWebSearch. There's a folder in Program Files, and it's undeleteable, I'll go to that Force Delete thread and see if I can delete things on MyWebSearch.

It's a long time since I join this site, but I'm still that stupid, what is DC++? And anyone have MVC2 or CVS2 that you can send to me, in anyway.
