Agozer: Thanks for the offer. I'll consider it, but I don't want to be a burden so I'll search for the rom on my own for a little while. But if I have no luck (which is most likely), check this thread and I may give you a notice to check your PM.
I used to have AIM, till my computer recently crashed and had to recover everything. Don't have experience with ICQ, so email seems more likely.
BTW, I won't be online for like the next 15 - 20 hours or so -- gotta do the daily routines, ya know.
ICQ isn't that different from AIM, but sure send me a PM when you've had enough of searching.

what year?
Sorry, I can't remember for the life of me...

Do you get the shutdown message every time you have downloaded something or just that one time?

Dave Chapelle is an actor and a comedian. He's also one of the cast of Saturday Night Live.
I don't memmer him ever being on Saturday Night Live
I would have to disagree... He was with SNL for a while, but not for long.

Um...sorry, I guess I should have added more details. Yes, I know that it's supposed to appear on the bottom of the list, but this is not happening.
Anyhow, I was wondering if it had something to do with the p1 rom and so I checked the CRC or whatever it's called. Now, correct me if I'm wrong but the correct p1 rom has CRC number of 611A6887, right? Well, mine has 611A6687 -- notice the 6 when it should be 8. So perhaps this is the source of the problem? I dunno, I'm pretty clueless when it comes to these things.
Is there a way which I can change the number or do I need to find the correct p1 rom. Man...this is fustrating. Besides the spanish site listed earlier in this thread, I don't know where else I may download that p1 rom individually.
Again, as mentioned earlier, nobody else seems to have a problem with that site, but I don't know what's going on nor what the problem is whenever I try to download from there. So, is there someplace where I can get this p1 rom individually?
I can send you the correct P1 (the CRC is 8Asomething) via email or ICQ.

Sure, SNK Vs. Camcom Chaos may not be as perfect as many hoped for it to be, (seriously, the game had too much hype), but still that doesn't get rid of the fact that it's the first cross-over game for the Neo-Geo.
The artistic impression is quite dull at certain points and the music isn't that good but damn people, it's still great fun.
I'd call SVC a milestone.

In my opinion, the Amiga was the best, and most efficient computer to be ever made. Beats the crap out of the power, resource and money sucking Pee Cee contraptions that we have to deal with today.
I never mastered Deluxe Paint, because I was too young, and too busy playing the Amiga's fabulous collection of games! I wonder if there are some tutorials on the net about making art in Deluxe Paint?
I still love downloading Amiga adfs, then transferring them over to my Amiga, so I can play them on the real thing.
There are massive amounts of Amiga tutorials and info if you just bother to seach
For one, try www.back2roots.org (but I'm not sure)

2d fighters rock. They are fun to play, require great skill to master, and usually have gorgeous and artistic graphics to boot.
The vast majority of 3d fighters do not rock. They are utter boredom to play, can usually be beaten through infantile button-mashing, and the 3d graphics are mostly dull, sterile and uninspiring.
One of the few exception to this "sucking 3D fighters" are Dead or Alive 2 and Soul Calibur 2... But I still enjoy good 2D fighters better than 3D ones (Guilty Gear X2 BABY!)

Check the last entry in the gamelist.

When I use Rock, fear my Deadly Rave NEO!! Mwahahahah!!!!!

EGCG NeoRAGEx H1 is hacked.
Hmm... I had crashing problems too, but the steps I mentioned worked for me.
The Universe BIOS can give troubles too, so if you're using that, switch to the original BIOS.

I'm pretty sure that there will be a time when the protections are so massive that they're impossible to crack... Yeah, I may be a pessimist, but...

Yes folks, after a looooooooong wait, the Star Ocean translation has finally seen the light of day. v1.0 can be gotten from www.Dejap.com and version 2.0 follows sometime during this year. Now go play!

Gunstar Heroes and all Sonics win hands down.

Hey, and that guy also appears in KoF 2k2.
LOL! Pimp Wars! That old Amiga had so many classic games! I love it!
*Frantically goes off to download Pimp Wars.*
The good old Amiga *spaces out*... I still do all kinds of stuff with the WorkBench (not just games, mind you) and with Deluxe Paint IV.

Check that the CRCs of the roms match the ones in the DAT...
You do have a DAT, don't you?
-
As I'm writing this it's been 13 hours and 12 minutes since the year changed.

Thanks. It turned out to be the same funky rom set as usual. I was hoping for a better version to be used in other emus besides mame...
You should have asked me earlier, when I got it.
-
Um...ok....well I went on confugaritions and there's nuthin special there besides a a few options in the Columns.
That's right. You have to check the little CRC box in the Columns group for the CRCs to show up.
-
You have two methods:
1. Put the BIOS files (the plain files) to the same directory where you have the Neoragex.exe file.
2. Compress the BIOS files to a ZIP file named "neogeo.zip and put that ZIP into the NeoRAGEx roms folder.

Are you using a download manager? (Like GetRight, Go!Zilla, etc.)

is there a kawaks that provides metal sulg 5 yet if yet can u give me a link ???
I'd have to say no, unless a miracle has happened in the past few hours.
-
You did? Great. So where do i put it?
Unzip the M1 rom and replace the existing M1 rom inside Svcplus.zip with it.

This is exactly what I'm talking about. The CRC column shows the CRC of each file in the archive. Now compare those numbers to the ones in the DAT file I posted.
It would be even more helpful if you could post a screenshot of the archive. (The WinZip window and all.)
