Well for part 1..in My Computer with Windows..click..
1) Tools
2) Folder Options
3) View TAB
4) DESELECT Hide extensions for known file types
Then click apply and then ok.
Now you can rename the rom files and change the extensions by just right clicking on them and clicking rename, Windows style.

This site recently put KOF2003 up at the top of its game list. It used to be at the bottom with mslug5 and samsho5. Both mslug5 and samsho5 were put at the top when the ROMs were released. So possibly this guy's promise of his "friends" giving him the ROM is true? Anyone know if this site is legit?

I already got SNK vs. Capcom Chaos thanks to this forum, and I'm enjoying it a lot
Anyway, I heard somewhere that Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, while it's got different software than previous CPS-2 games, wouldn't be too hard to emulate... I dunno. I just want to do what I did in the arcade, Iron Man+War Machine+Morrigan triple gun super... without spending money
And I like the SvC and CvS M. Bison better than the Alpha and Vs. one.
What are the chances of these newer games being emulated? Soon?

the reson that the EFMP does not want to realease the ROM:the card has a special IC and they need something to read,and I think a Korea company has it(or are they selling?)and EFMP team contacted the company,but with no avail.Unless they found something that can read the special IC,or they find other card that uses normal IC,or...they have to quit.
they also added that KOF2K3 Is Going to use the three year rules,they don't want to destory the company(preety good huh?)and they also said that Andy Is not usable in KOF2K3.

whose rom and emu?
if you own the games legally, no shame, if you put quarters in a machine, it motivates the arcade owner to buy the new game.
if you've spent money or own the game, then you've pretty much earned your right to play the rom of it...
well,I have played KOF2k2 Tonz of timez,so I use its ROM...
