Bit torrent is the next big thing.
Posted 05 September 2003 - 05:23 PM
Just got a hole bunch of info from Hairytash.
If you have not used Bittorrent before then you really should give it a try.
If you like to use other P2P programmes like kazza [gotten a lot worse now Fast track movies has gone]
And the spyware infested imeash, then bit torrent simplie blows these out of the water.
Here are some links you MoFos!
A place to get the sofware, and of course some frequntly asked questions for us new comers.
After that you just need some links.
A page full of links to stuff.
And a page Hairytash gave to me which includes the brilliant copy of the matrix reloaded.
The more seeds there are the better chance you have of downloading it.
Use this site for the frequntly aasked questions and you will be ok.
It also has link to various stuff to.

I knew about bit torrent anyway its just at the time kazza was working great so i tried Bittorrent and it seemed to suck balls.
But now www.fasttrackmovies.com has gone i dont like kazza very much [kung pow there]
I have one download going very well, but the other two are poor.
Eithier way its still faster than kazza.

I figure its reeling of in to the truth because my downloades have speeded up as its gone along, well they have staid above average.
So the seeds give us the last bit of information i can see how that works.
So the more seeds there is the better chance of finnishing the last part of the download.
When we have a finnished file do we keep sharing it?
