Ninja Master's is extrmely underrated, and it is alot better than SS3 IMO; Thing is it was developed by ADK and releseaded in 94 not 95 AFAIK, ADK being a smaller branch of SNK but still it wasn't ment to compete with SS3; And I totally excuse the graphix bcuz it has a helluva fun gameplay and it in contrast to SS3 it's alot more challenging... The sprites look ok to me and I do have a eye candy-hungry eye but they look fine for a game released in 94 by some newcomers; If NM would have been continued I am sure by now it would be one of the world's favorites(diddo with Gowcaizer, Karnov's Revenge and Double Dragon)

 

EDIT: only thing I don't like are the controls and move inputs
