XWOLF3D v1.3

ORIGINAL PORT BY A600. MODIFIED, CLEANED UP AND RE-COMPILED BY XTECUTERX73.

FINALLY A GOOD AND PROPER RELEASE OF WOLF3D AND SPEAR OF
DESTINY ON XBOX! WOOT!

THIS IS A PORT OF WOLF4SDL ORIGINALLY PORTED BY A600. SOME OF THE CODE HAS
BEEN MODIFIED AND CORRECTED TO PROPERLY RUN ON AN XBOX. WOLF4SDL WILL RUN
WOLFENSTEIN 3D AND ALL THREE MISSION PACKS OF SPEAR OF DESTINY. YOU WILL NEED THE ORIGINAL GAME FILES TO PLAY THE GAMES. THIS ALSO SUPPORTS SPEAR OF DESTINY FULL AS WELL.

ALL OF THE FOLDERS NEED TO BE KEPT SEPARATE AS WOLF3D and SPEAR OF DESTINY ARE
2 DIFFERENT GAMES. SO PLEASE DO NOT MIX THE FILES AND XBES.

INSTALLATION

PUT ALL RELEVANT GAME FILES FOR EACH GAME INTO THE CORRESPONDING FOLDER.
(ALL WOLF 3D FILES GO INTO THE MAIN WOLF3D FOLDER, PUT THE SPEAR OF DESTINY
FILES INTO THE MAIN SOD FOLDER)

SINCE SPEAR OF DESTINY HAS 3 MISSION PACKS, PUT THE CORRESPONDING MISSION PACKS IN THE CORRESPONDING FOLDERS.

 

Please do not mix and match the files and folders or else you will run into issues and crashes. Any other issues or questions can be posted in the forum thread for this. You will have to supply your own files for this to run or find them on the web.

On a second note if any of you modders wants to activate features like the starry sky, lightning, rain, etc i can send you builds of that separately but for now i wanted to get this one out the door too because nestopiax is right behind this release as well.

Special shout-out to HereticalZealot for inadvertently giving me the motivation to get this one out the door tonight.
