Just google for it, there are dozens of links to the bios files. Some will be corrupt but you will get working ones too. Try Filefront first.

 

could be because they open with vlc player?? and if so how do i take that off

I can't remember now, I'm AFK. I think there is a dc_bios.bin and a dc_flash.bin. It's as it says in the readme!

i fiddled around and i got everything started and no errors but all it shows is a black screen and i kept deleting the dc_flash_wb and still black, look at this one problem after another wowowowow when will it work

anyone have any ideas like to change something in the nulldc.cfg file to make the black screen go away or and plugin changes(graphics i tried doesnt work)

I packed my NullDC 1.03 with Web Browser and uploaded it here.

 

Try that to see how it goes. It works just fine on my pc with default settings. Don't touch anything, no settings, no plugins, nothing. Just run the NullDC exe file and select 'Normal Boot'. Then choose the Web Browser cdi file which is in the NullDC folder itself. It should run ok.

k it shows the sega sign and two mvc2 symbols came up and it was messing up so im thinking it my mvc2 ver.

The two boxes were left over from when I used it, doesn't mean anything. The whole point was to see if the web browser would run. Use the 'nommc' version of NullDC. The Dreamcast boot screen may be a bit messed up but does the web browser work? If you can't get that to run then 100 different versions of MvC2 aren't gonna make a difference.

when i run the browser all it shows sega and then thats it just a black screen after
