Ok I gutted the entire wiring, it just wasn't going to work as it was custom. I kept it for all the connectors though.

 

ANother pic, wife playing finally. Only thing not wired up is 2P controls, coin door and service switches (Though those are built right into F3 motherboard)

Finally all done. Tore the existing wiring out, reused the nice molex connectors etc

Replaced the sticks and buttons (Wow Sanwa stuff sucks, not know why so popular. Buttons too shallow, sticks FAR too sensitive)

 

Here it is! Save for cosmetic rework (I'm going to Krylon Fusion it red and black in the summer).
