Weirdy Posted September 25, 2007 Share Posted September 25, 2007 I went to sleep a noon today. Woke up at 4 pm. I'd take sleeping pills, but diphenhydramine (active chemical in sleeping pills,benidryl, etc) overrides fluoxetine and causes CNS depression for 24 hours. I learned that the hard way, unfortunately.
