DOA. If you played both games you'll know what I mean.

Both games that you named are technically inferior to Tekken in term of gameplay. Graphically DOA is the best but the game mechanic is too simplistic for long enjoyment.

 

KOF MI never happens (never play MI2 so can't comment)

 

The most technical 3D fighting game i would ranked like these:

 

1. VF4 : Evolution

2. Tekken

3. Soulcalibur

4. DOA

Each game has its own strong and weak points anyway.
