    fumanchu you have always been the most honest kind person on these forums, and your always a great help to people and am glad you made the decision of releasing the r4 build without the FBL patch.

     

    I also really hope iq_132 and BP continue working together on future CoinOps releases.

     

    Am also looking forward to what the future holds for FBL, as I really love this emulator also.

    Great I'm looking forward to this, is "Double Dragon 3 Japan" working in next release?

     

    Also any chance on "Fighters History" being fixed for future releases?

    FBL is a superior alternative, anyways.

     

    Get over yourself.

     

     

    No FBL is not superior, it is an alternative to Coinops, I've been using Coinops for years and loved what BP turned it into over time. They are both good at what they do, each one has its benefits, and each emulators are very different at the same time, but both emulate arcade games.

     

    This is not a competition to which is better and worse. If anything both emulators should be on your xbox.

    I think what the problem is that we were promised R4 Build, R5 Build and R6 Build, and all new features that were added onto upcoming builds and people were looking forward to them, but now we have nothing....

     

    If anything we should have had the R6 build then Coinops stopped, but we stopped at R3.... So now we see the new builds that exist that we could have had, but now are impossible to get. :lol:

    I had a go at the emulator last night, its awesome and feels like zsnexbox which is great because I love that emu. I love how the video's on the title screen and the way screenshots is displayed for each game thats really cool, also I love the idea of viewing the history of each game.

     

    The icing on the cake would be having an option of viewing the history while on the rom browser screen and having an option of viewing the games flyer and you can zoom in and out, so you could see the original artwork of the game, would something like this be possible?

    Also I noticed that Double Dragon 1 runs very choppy, but Double Dragon 2 runs very good but the volume is very low, is there a way of increasing the volume?

    NeoGeo CD emulator xbox update

    I've been a fan favourite of the NeoGeo CD console for many years since it was released, I just love the playing all those decent neogeo games with cd quality music, years ago there was an emulator released for the xbox that ran neogeo cd games on xbox, but unfortunatley it wasn't very stable and lacked a proper gui.

     

    The psp console has got very decent neogeo cd emulator, that runs games flawless. But ofc I love the idea of having them on my xbox. My question is to any developer that would ever update the neogeo emulator for the xbox and improve it, so we could get all those neogeo cd games on our xbox and play neogeo games with improved cd quality music, if the psp can emulate these games perfectly, what are the chances of a decent updated emulator for the xbox?

     

    I have no idea why this was never been updated or picked up by any dev that could possibly get this to a decent port to xbox, and I've seen enough talent from people who are working on xbox emulators over the recent years that could do an awesome job with this. The xbox has been crying out for an update to this emulator for years, please someone pick it up.

    Is there a way of getting the Sega32 games into FBL? Like "Golden Axe 2 Revenge of Death Adder" and "Spiderman"?, they would go nicely with the other sega games.

     

    Also have you ever considered adding Neogeo CD games into FBL? I've been waiting years for a decent NeogeoCD emulator for xbox.:)

    Fighters history runs less than 30fps, and has some background glitches, would there be any possible way of fixing and speeding it up? Played double dragon earlier its so much better with the speed hack, is double dragon 2 gonna get the same treatment?

    iq_132 since fixing the graphics problems in "Golden Axe - Revenge of Death Adder" and updated the driver, how many fps roughly would you say it runs at in coinops since the fix? and if it does run sluggish do you think there's any way of running it at full 60fps, or do you think that would be impossible?

    I mentioned the jackie chan game earlier afew posts back and iq_132 said it woudn't be able to run on xbox, not enough power.

     

    But yeah "Best of Best" looks like a potential game to add.:lol:

    Thanks very much for the replys iq_132, I'm sorry if I flood with too many games possibilities and have made mistake with afew of them as they are already in. I'm sure you have enough drivers to look to atm.

    To me the best would be to have the sega32 games running glitch free and full speed like golden axe 2, spiderman, but everyone has thier favourites.

    You have done an unbelieveable job with adding so many decent games into coinops in such a short space of time thats why people are getting so excitied with the possibilites, it really is gonna be the most awesome arcade experiance on the xbox.

     

    I'm really looking forward to playing the lastest games for coinops and the new FBA that kenshiro is releasing, it gonna be awesome.

    Fixed Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder. I have little doubt this this is going to be unplayably slow as it is. I'll likely need to make a few changes/hacks.

    Underclocked the v20/25 cpu quite a bit. Doesn't seem to affect anything, and the speed improved quite a bit.

     

     

    "Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder" Thats fantastic, I always wanted that game to run without any glitches in coinops, I hope iq_132 you sort it, and get it running full speed :D Myself being a huge Golden Axe fan this is good news.
