I am getting the same error. Everything else works excpect Arcade mode...The vs. screen freezes on me...

I have seen some of the past topics here and I have noticed a few people mentioning their Winmugen having problems playing mp3s on win xp. Well, so do I and I would like to know how to fix this situation. I have seen past links to some mp3 plug-ins for mugen but the forum that has them no longer accepts new registers. Please, any kind of help will be appriciated... again, I am having problems playing mp3 on mugen. Everything else works just fine.
