7 Added Back button to change sort method ( by name , manufactures, liked etc) and displayed this at top of screen
8 Fixed Screenshots aspect ratios and sizing in skins
9 Added Screenshots by rom name or from parent rom and put it into options to select
10 Added Flicker Filter adjustment in options
11 Added Soften On/Off in options.
12 Put keys most used onto front page
13 Renamed some text to make for easier reading
13 Added Hiscores saving
14 Updated categories of roms
15 Added cheats
16 Remapped keys for games that couldn’t be played because keys were not setup (without adjusting them)
17 Added samples
18 Added Artwork bezels etc
19 Added tested Vm.txt and changed option to optimise rom memory usage and loading times

Ebs and HK have joind forces and created some excellent code Ive been BETA testing for quite a few hours and the bugs I found, none that werent there B4
Many new features (and can be installed along side MAMEoX as it doesnt conflict with old version or use its save) and its got a new name, a new icon and new graphical look.
Ive compiled ROMS cheats ,remaped keys for games that dont work without remapping, new catagories, hiscore recording, samples, artwork, bezels, screenshots and pretty much done everything needed to release a fully working best of Rom set.
Ill wait to see if HK has the favorite rom color change and ill release it in many forms depend on other what ones ill release
Ive compiled a best of 2.85 gigs (750 game) no double ups (or clones if not needed) all the best, none that run bad, no rubbish....... but not sure if people will want this or stick with complete rom sets
Hope to release MAMEdOX in next day or 2

I think ill do small and large one only will be about 10 and 100-150megs id say.
Im not putting all roms pics in. Just about 700-800 of the top games all working no speed issues no crap games (relatively
) no double ups. If you want a great rom package just get roms of the screenshots, id say most fo the games you would want are there. ( If there are important missing ones let me know )There has been a few issues finalising build, but Esb and HK+ have been doing marvels and hopefully peacing together there skills cause if they are it can all go together soon..... maybe in weekend ( not promising ) its up to them. Ill test it add all the pieces and when its totally bug free ill release it. There is quite a bit added and a few unexpected hicups as usual.
But guys thank Bender , Esb and HK+ they have made something long since dead a pleasure again.
PS this build can be put in diff folder beside your MAMEoX and it wont interfer with it eg can have both on.
Also.92 code wont go in at least untill an expert is on it, even yoshi is having trouble. So please give me a list of games that would need adding from.84-.92 no true 3d games please like soul cal it wont work. 2d games that look 3d like power drift please. I need to get a list there isnt to many. And some might be able to put in.

Ebs is missing in action or taking a holiday for a day or 2....good on him hope hes enjoying himself.
HK+ has added a few little things and ill se what he does tonight if he gets what he could do tonight might look at releasing it to general public

Id say the UI features (long over due to make sorting 4000plus games useable and pretty) will go in first and maybe in a short time....then we will call for help putting in new drivers.
But esby is launching into it at full steam
hard to know where hes up to hour to hour, hes really doing a wonderfull job -

If esby wasnt so fast I can put a few of these in myself..... what will happen is we will do as much interface work as we can and release
then anyone can use with old rom set.
then hope someone with skills can pick up updating driver stuff......who knows may look in to it or maybe esby might he says hes not good but hes to fast for me to keep up with

still looking at second screenshot with clones now using parent screenshot this makes the screenshot less than 3000 it is under consideration.
ill update todo list some time soon with quite a few more requests from source forge some are good.
some are rubbish so I wont post them and some are going to be there but be 2 hard.

there is quite a bit more in it than is mentioned here. Its up to Ebs to tell you.
Quick question will you guys want a large build 50 odd megs with all features EG highscores keymaps cheats and other stuff or just the a small build 10 megs or so and you compile all the other stuff we have fine tuned and compiled with combined experiences of the long term posters on xbox emulation.
Or a super version of about 120 megs that most top screenshots samples artwork etc plus all mentioned above (basically just add roms)

OK Ebsy and I have greatly changed benderMAMEoX added new features and putting together a full package with all extras cheats hiscore etc
if you want part of the team to make a great MAMEoX let me know via PM as I say we need help and dont wish to fight with skills making different versions. Ebsy has already put in place many changes that have been asked for, so if you know about putting in drivers or changing interface or a little bit about c coding, or in general want to help let me know

OK sound is imperfect if frameskip is set to off set it to auto or 1 2 3 4 5
and it will work perfect

dat is included all other roms are.084 mame roms so use 0.84 mame dat

1st MK shows up and plays great I know this , but can get to play with sound

ok so to run MK3 I need to get that dos like interface up no way to just get it to boot
it looks very cheap like this and other roms on there as well altho can hex edit those out -

that will be version 1, need to discuss features and see ( id like to see rom name change from a file) but been working hard core on finishing these things first, but ive put onto xbox and tested with no faults so far and it looks all good ill test for a few more hours then build and hopefully find somewhere to upload (that web space will be good for the basic XBE verison no frills ) cheers
