Not true. It fixes the things it's built for (in a sloppy way, but it still fixes them). But it's not built to handle every single part that needs to be updated. Some things you just have to do yourself.

Seeing how Openmugen itself isn't even finished yet, I get the feeling it'll take a long time before this ever becomes reality.
It's a nice idea, though. Netplay is always an interesting feature.

Ah, now I understand. In that case you'll have to download a different screenpack. Note though: some screenpacks don't work with Winmugen.
Try the screenpack on this site first:
It's an exspanded version of Mugen default screenpack. It ought to work with Winmugen too.

That doesn't work by moving the icon outside the screen, because you can still select it.
You have to make sure you can't reach some of the icons on your screen.

Yes there is... Only, you'll have to mess a little with the select screen. You have to make sure you can't reach some of the icons on your screen. Then, put your boss characters at those spots and you won't be able to select them.
It's generally best to make sure you also won't be able to see the small select icons. You can do this by either making the icon appear outside of the screen, or by moving sprite 9000,0 to a different place.

Cna someone tel me if this exists or is there a way to make an insert coin feature instead of seeing the lame old "Press Start" screen?
M.U.G.E.N rocks but one thing.... "Press Start" feels childish.
I want to see "Insert Coin (s)" to make me feel lke i'm about to play something tuff.
You could basicly change the 'Press Start' text into 'Insert Coin(s)'...

This news is so outdated...the Dc vs Marvel team have already been around a couple of years ago.....well it' couldn't hurt telling this to people anyways...
Remember that news isn't posted here as quick or as often as on other forums like Mugenguild. After all, this is primarily an Emulation forum.

What do you mean with custom motifs? If mean Mugen's custom motif, then you can just download a different one and install it

It would be a shame if the Ikari team wouldn't make the cut, but I don't really mind, since I'm getting a little tired of those characters that are in KOF since the very first game... Allthough the Ikari team is very cool, I don't mind them leaving, as long as we get an ever greater team in return
