how do i give you the CRC info? I got these roms from a torrent site that came with FBA XXX Pro. I havent tested the "banned roms" bcuz im having trouble frinding a good neo emu. I wanted to try your CloneMAME, James but cant find it anywhere and Ive tried NeoMAME Plus but i didnt support any of my sets. I know that they are not NeoRageX sets for sure. But im really have trouble looking for the one perfect NeoGeo emu to play all of my NeoGeo Sets.

Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon 2003 Super Plus

The King of Fighters Special Edition 2004 (KOF2K2 Hack)

The King of Fighters Special Edition 2004 Plus

The King of Fighters 2004 EX Hero (KOF2K3 Hack)

Any other KOF/etc Hacks IPS patches that i havent covered here. Ive got most of the orginal roms/hacked roms im just missing these mostly.

[New FBA-XXX Pro]

my copy of FBA-XXX Pro works great but the CPS1 dipswitch settings dont work or at least for SF2 and the clones of sf2 so when i play the game i cant put sf2 on freeplay, enable continues,etc... Also there is NO Toryu romset for SF2CE just Turyu and Turyu1 i think cuz i havent seen Toryu anywhere just Turyu. but overall great addon to fba xxx and keep up the good work +T+

well i just looked into this and the bootleg set for Moonwalker is moonwlkb for MAMEDoX and the only bootleg set i found for this rom was mwalkbl so do i just rename the mwalkbl rom to moonwlkb?

When i uploaded the MJ Moonwalker mame rom (mwalk.zip) it wouldnt be listed on my roms list so i checked the dats and it has moonwalk not mwalk so i just renamed mwalk to moonwalk MameDoX dected it and loaded it after its say about the vid emualtion not being right message it just freezes on a black screen forcing me to restart my xbox. what should i do?

garageink, are u talking about MAMEoX or just PC MAME on the game, daraku tenshi: fallen angels? The PC MAME says its working. ANyways Im still trimming the fat of what games i want on here, Ive gotten a copy of the lastest MAME and checking up on games that may or may not work.

2. Is there a good MAMEoX compatablity list out there?

 

3. Im looking for any good beatmups, racing, or fighting games other than usaual (at least in terms of Capcom/SNK fighting fare) Any1 got any good sugesstions?

Is there a CPS Changer ver of Street Fighter 2 Turbo Hyper Fighting rom? I saw it at this website: http://assembler.roarvgm.com/CPS_CHANGER/cps_changer.html The title screen is different its more like the SNES SF2 Turbo screen. Couldnt you have like seprate DAT files: one with all the hacked rom sets along with standards and the other just without the hacked sets. Personally I would like to have hacked sets on my FBA and im kinda of a completeist kinda person.

[got prob with CTHD 2003]

The CTHD 2003 and KOF 2001 i downloaded only work in NeoRage (which i dont care for too much (im Kawaks/FBA guy) Is there some kinda utility to change my set from NRX to Mame/FBA/Kawaks. Im only running 56k and it sucks when i tryin to download a rom and it only works in NRX.

it seems that Kawaks, FBA, Nebula, and NeoMAME all require KOF 2001. My set works with out KOF 2001 like it was patched or something.

I just downlloaded CTHD 2003 and it wont load in Kawaks 1.53. It runs fine in Neo Rage X EGCG though. My rom set has the the roms "5003d-XXX.rom" Kawaks is askin for "5003-XXX.rom" Is my romset no good or Kawaks lieing?

Well i kinda anwsered my own question about the the orginal rom and thee hacked ver being out at the same time. I just got the new Kawaks and it has support for both KOF 2001/2002 and CTHD 2003/KOF 2004 SE

I like hacks sometimes like the SF2 CE hacks. Those hacks kinda made it a little more fun and interesting. Is there patches to the orginal roms to turn them into these hacked versions like SVC Chaos to SVC Chaos Super Plus?

1. When roms like KOF 2001 get officaly out in the rom scene (if its not already) do kacked roms like CTHD 2003 get released along with the orginal rom?

 

2. I found a rom site (i cant tell where it is for board rules) that had two versions of CTHD 2003. One was named CTHD.zip and the other was CTHD2003.zip. Which emulators use these two roms?
