No its an emulator for to play SNES games on either VBA or the real GBA hardware (I have tested it on an GBA SP and it works)
Its like PocketNES -> You add your games to the program then it will make a file that is playable on the GBA or VBA

I reckon Sean Connery was the best James Bond because he had a balance between being romantic and witty, and yet also being what James Bond really was: a cold-blooded spy with business to take care of.

NRX was awesome back in the day but it is dead.....so people should let it RIP.
I know NRX is good for slower computers but Final Burn Alpha is better and runs even faster on slower computers and it emulates Neogeo and CPS much better.

To get NRX to play your roms do the following:-
1) Have the NRX emulator that is suitable for your OS
2) Have the hacked P1 roms for the rom you want to play. Get the hacked P1 rom from here
3) Place the roms in a folder called Roms that is located in the NRX directory.
4) Start up the emulator and press the import button (It should tell you if any games have been imported into NRX)
5) Scroll down until you find the rom you want to play then select Run
Thats all you need to do.

Vega: because he is my favorite character and i am damn good with him.
Guy: second favorite and i am also damn good with him.
Fei long: fun to use but i am not as good with him as i am with the other chars.
yea i know this is off topic but when CvS first came out for the dreamcast my friends would complane that when i use Vega it is unfair because he is the cheapest character in the game. they said his special and super moves were hard to counter and they can't block them. they also said some other stuff but i don't want to bore you guys to death so i just want to know if you agree with my friends and say Vega is cheap in that game?
Either your friends suck at CvS or your just too good......Vega's moves are difficult to counter but its not impossible.
