play games - costly, i admit, but i always recycled my games. Now playing Metal Gear Solid 3 for the 5th time.
meet friends - not as costly as you think, unless you meet them while drinking
visit places - lots of places are free to go
find new hobbies - again, many hobbies can be non-costly
Just do according to budget you have

I just e-mailed the uploader from Archive.org to hopefully get some answers. This may change the emulation scene forever if suddenly MAME ROMs and CHDs have been deemed legal by U.S. law. I'll keep you guys updated.On the internal mailing list. And no, I can't elaborate.
