    I don't post that often anymore...but I don't see much negativity on this board, to be honest.

     

     

    I don't mind crude or morbid joking every now and then. To each his own. But when I talk about a subject that to me, seems like a significant issue for any normal person and get some outrageous responses, I get really agitated.

     

    I guess I jumped the gun on the negativity part. To put it more accurately, it was more of a negative response to what was being posted. In my opinion, when something is posted that is obviously not contributing something intelligent or meaningful to the topic, it's insulting therefor bringing out negative responses making it negative all together.

     

     

    There have been two major instances for me.

     

     

    One about the mother eating her child and the other about rebuilding the altar.

     

     

    Those two subjects had some really idiotic responses. When I post something, I want to talk about it. If you want to put trash on a thread where someone is trying to strike a conversation, go to the SPAM forum. That's what it is there for.

     

     

    But in all honesty, I did take it too close to heart. I just have to remember not everyone is like me. But that doesn't mean that I have to ignore things like that when it's a sensitive subject to not just myself but most of humanity.

    I'm on med for deppression - horribile sneaky illness it is. it runs in my family.

     

    As for girls - more trouble than they are worth most of the time.

     

    Same here. It sucks.

     

    And guys are just as much trouble.

     

    Will, I wasn't meaning for it to sound like it was some competition or "trumping" when it comes to individual pain. I was just trying to make it clear that everyone's problems are far more severe in their perspective than of another. I understood his sarcasm and I definitely admire the courage and strength Ken has. I was just making a minor point.

    It was originally Jackson. But things didn't pan out the way he wanted it. I'm glad he backed out with some pride and not let people take advantage of his talents.

     

    Spielberg.......that man infuriates me.

     

    He'll just rape this concept like he has with his last 6 or 7 films or turn it into some other scientologist psycho-babble conspiracy crap.

    I really don't care how they treat a cow or chicken, as long as they cook it up right when I order it.

    as for tha Japanese and others over fishing endangered species, thats another story. We need to be farming and hunting the things we can renew, like cows, chickens, pigs, and let the endangered species like whales bounce back.

     

    I agree. Although I have to say there are some unneeded cruelty for cows & chickens. We're meant to eat them but they get a little crazy sometimes. As for wales, seals etc, we need to leave them alone.

     

    We are meant to live off the land.

    Ken, there's only one thing I can say in response to yours. Everyone has different adversity. An other person might not have the same tolerance therefor their problems that would seem insignificant to you isn't so with them. Everyone is different. However, he obviously hasn't given the whole story of everything. So we can't make any judgments towards how he's feeling.

     

    Skythe, you're still an idiot.

     

     

    Now cominus, Will is right about one thing. It takes time. Ride the waves and go through the emotions. But aside from that point, YOU are the one responsible for making things happen. Make some adjustments where you see error. Concentrate on what you like to do. What your passions are. So you've went through a rough relationship and the law is involved. There are still ways for you to change the outcome. Don't depend on other people or so called friends. Sometimes you have to be alone in the world to get to know yourself.

    I decided to call it a quits on the forum.

     

    Will, AkihiroZi, Fatal, Agozer, GameCop, Inky, Shoma, Snowpatr0l, Veristic & Stf, you guys are awesome. You're just about the only ones who contribute something intelligent to a conversation. Hit me up on Myspace or FB some time.

     

    I know there's some things that everyone can disagree on but seriously...the negativity and outrageous responses that go on here has become old for me. This is a gaming forum. A place where people with similar interests come to search for information, play games and just chat and share stories with people. There are quite a few who taint this place by their immaturity and lack of decency.

     

    Don't get me wrong, I don't take things seriously. It's just there are enough negative things in this world. When I login, I want to have fun and joke around or share my thoughts on something I or someone else might find important.
