you unzip the dll, put the unicows.dll in the mame folder. if that doesn't work, try jamesmame. you just need the fixes

the original m1d had double the information needed, so it was sliced in half so the information was only there once. doesn't really fix anything though, just smaller filesize

you need winrar to do it, cuz sometimes winace doesn't do it right.

ash, i don't know what's wrong. is there any other type of error/info that maybe useful for us to hear?
urquan2x, did you try
right click on kof2k3 > properties > misc > changing the bios to different ones
im not sure if that's what you're looking for, but thought i'd mention that, as that's how you switch to/from console and arcade mode in this case.

I don't know what to tell you, I tried it just now. Downloaded fine, extracted fine, and played fine. Sorry. Maybe redownload? Or with a download manager?

search for "MAME32KPLUSforKOF2003.rar" something should come up

lol, i dunno how to make cheats, i just got these off another site and put em all together in easy access form. sorry. but if i come across anything else it'll end up here.

Run "mame32p.exe", double click KOF2003, play. Press tab during play to set keys. That is all.

explain your situation better, like did they come together? does the rom not show up in the emulator? bad crc? i can't help you if i don't know what exactly is wrong.

MAME cheats - infinite power bars, infinite energy, and select any character. to use cheats, unzip the.dat in the mame folder, and press tab during gameplay to access the cheat menu.
update - fixed the missing bosses for p2's third player.

From another forum, he doesn't state what orders he tried and which order was his best but here.

have done some test but all have failed, i made a LOT of testing
and my best results are this:
-Black screen, it keeps reseting like 1 reset per miliseconds
-Insert Coin works, and get you to th title screen
-In title screen the start button changes to 'How To play..' but at
the first instructions it freezes, and if in the test menu the 'How to play is deactivated, then you hear the selection menu BGM"

Alphabeta, if you get that guy who needed to know what the byte number was in binary in contact with me, I can help him. I have to read up on the bytes in hex and stuff, but I'll figure it out soon.

replace the s1 and m1, then run it. it should play fine. oh, use the original neogeo.zip
edit: i take it unzipping the unicows.dll in the mame directory didnt work?
