  1. Well, as seeing the time period of LB2 is around the end of the last Bakuihu, its gonna be hard to advance in timeline.

     

    After that period Samurais are basically gone after the battle of Joshu.

     

    Unless they want to screw over storylines like SS series, where the timeline goes like this:

     

    SS5 (1786) -SS1(1788)-SS3(1789)-SS4(1789)-SS2(1789)-SS64(1790)- SS64 Asura something(1790)- SS Blade of something(1811)

     

    Forgive me for my crappy Japanese, but SS series timeline sux thanks to the stupid whoever that dicided Nakoruru must be back in the game cuz she's so famous and the biggest attractor of fanboys.

     

    Anyways, I'd personally have LB series stay where it is, unless they want to do "go back in time" thing like they did with SS5 again.

  2. Ok, the vconv thing is not working for me.

     

    I make use the vconv which makes the v1d, v2d,v3d,v4d. Ok, so I take my bad sound rom and delete their v roms and put these things in instead. Now none of my emulators read it.

     

    I have a copy of the original, but it doesn't seem like working. I tried merging but I get the same results.

     

    What am I doing wrong here?

  3. I am now learning how to use Enja.

    Anyone know the finishing command for the move where he hit the opponent to the sky and crash them down? QCF + A, QCF + B, QCF + C...then??

    When you do QCF+C, u must make sure the first "fist" hits in exactly the middle spot of the opponenet, around the stomach.

     

    Watch the SP computer do it - 100% timing.

     

    The timing is very hard, so don't get frustrated if you do it for the whole day and get like one success.

     

     

    Also, learn his practical moves as well. Dash C - Big Pursuit is simple but does a lot of damage. You can do a counter BC and combo it with standing AB.

     

    When facing human opponents, dash A - CD grab is a very good pattern as well.

     

    Forward Roll - Explosion substitution move is a very good pattern against characters that have short attack ranges.

     

     

    Enja is a pro character, and you will have a very hard time trying to get through characters that have fast, long moves (i,e, charlotte, tam tam, even Yunfei and such).

    I think that this depends on the category though.

     

    A lot of times, in appearance, the genetics tend to be the more decisive factor.

     

    In likes/dislikes, the environment tends to be the deciding factor in how it is shaped.

     

    I like to go case by case ;)

  5. Ok, by reading this post I understand nothing valid about her.

     

    Btw, the I personally believe the spirit of cosplay is the effort and affection towards the "cosplayed" character, before we can handle the resemblence.

     

    I mean, resemblence is an important factor, but lets face it: if that was the only criteria for cosplaying, we're not going to have many cosplayers.

     

    Now, if a person barely knows about the character and did a shoddy, simple dress-up, that is something to be criticized, no matter how they look alike or not.

     

    But, if a person is caucasian and still does remarkable research on the character from the most smallest ornaments to the mos detailed costume, I think the cosplayer, whether resembling the character or not, deserves credit as a good cosplayer and finally a dedicated fan.

     

    Btw, I'm not caucasian :D

    but, one thing I'm gonna say is,

    I wanna get that neo-geo jingle(when game starts up) for my windows startup, but I can't find a clear seperate wav file...

  7. I actually like the "dirty" life bars. I swear i've seen those in the vids and on the offical site.

    I don't mind the "textured" lifebars either. It's just the 50% Circumstance of Nothing that gets me.

    Not only the 50%, but it has additional bugs I have heard.

     

    Alterting graphics, ok I can handle that.

     

    Altering gameplay = big no no.

    I hope everyone knows how much that would own.

     

    And it is complete. And Mizuki is weaker compared to the other bosses, but she's fun to play. Can't turtle, can't rush, just need to be like, a tree and stuff.

    Actually is you abuse the command throw and 236+AB well enough it she can kick some ass :)

     

    I don't think many of them on US servers can use 4D to evade grabs :rolleyes:

     

    The thing is her anti-air and her dash speed, bah...

  9. I hope you guys make another thread when the real/complete game comes out, I dont want to have to read through all this sheit.... thats all im waiting for at this point.

    I am not sure if that will come true.

     

    This is the official one for sure...

     

     

    And by law of emulation..well, actually there is no law,

     

    but anyhow, getting a perfect rom takes work, and it includes reading ;)

     

     

    I personally think reading is one of the easiest tasks out there, compared to some others.
