Like I said, I have no problem with you publishing your work, provided that it really IS your own work. I also don't mind if you link to your work in the future, and not just this one time either.

another easy thread i think most of all screenpacks is easy
for example
once you installed the screenpacks
all you need to do is to see ryu.def << for example
on the select.def
you should see this
[characters]
on t hat selection put out
ryu/ryu.def,random;includestage=0;ryu walla adding problem solve

about the selection colum actually the big secret is the are no limit
some patch will allow you up to 406 << what the @@@@
anyway if you want to make mugen makesure you use
20 first so its easy for you to get used to mugen making trust
me when you got alot of characters that time you have an exploding
headache
Really? I never had a problem with it. I've got like 45 characters so far with the 1000 something screenpack, and even though I'm new to Mugen it's fairly easy to keep them all straight...
what screenpack you have well we do a lillte bit trading

Well I just got EvE today (MUGEN too..) and got around 30characters and a few stages..
everything was going fine until i tried to turn on WinMUGEN and you know how intro with music comes up? Well after i push enter WinMugen closes (This is AFTER I put characters into select.def)
i replaced my updated select.def with the default and it started up with no problems, so i know its my select.def
any thoughts?
And btw there was no Error Message.. just closed..

idk this is the common bugs for mugen all mugen characters format
are not similiar to your version
thats why your update select.def causing errors
make sure you have fighter factory to spot the version
nd run winmugen debug

ya go to randomselect try to get mugen fighting jam comes with 700 ppl
i can give you a site which hold a patch to a selection

If your "pack" hs characters and/or stages you haven't created yourself from scratch and you haven't obtained permission from the original creators to distribute their characters and/or stages in your pack, then we will not allow you to distribute this pack on the 1Emulation forums.

are my friends man ... i just ask them ... erlier .... t hey said

if you do that your project is no go unless you use "MUGEN"
its self and create your own screenpack that will be legal
the rest its your own risk to use them
i just fix my own game its on TEST mode
after this i will close my demo the full version will be ask my email
note that the admin just give me warning that never to publish

You don't have the Sf33usa.bin file in your romset like the console says. It's a BIOS file and it is needed, naturally.
i got it running now thanks
also, i forgot to remove the ";" from the dirs in the .inf file
and thanks agains, another problem solved

You are not trying hard enough it is the only file in the data folder named mugen

BASIC TUTORIAL
in this tutorial i will show you how to configure your mugen
first download mwc aka " mugen windows configurator"
search it on google "mwc mugen tool download to use mwc
you can easily configure your mugen without notepad
but if you want the hard way and spruce your mugen
up use notepad
in mwc translate version you can translate the mwc
language so its easy to spot the bugs in your program
Notepad Basic
using notepad you can edit system.def,Fight.def, select.def
this notepad is sensetive so makesure you
put out the exact folder or file in it
Extraction Guide Basic
ok you got your first character lets say its "venom"
to make venom work some or on DOS version
Dos version work on MWC tool so notepad requires
to work alot of pop up windows folder
if you use MWC tool your job will be alot more easier
ok move on venom part in winrar some of characters
has folder
- if the file doesnt have folder i nside winrar itself however
you must create new folder on data/char folders
create new folder " Venom"
ok open Venom.DEF
on venom def you should see this
Name="Venom"
Display="Venom"
Version creation= 12,23,23 << example
ok now exit your venom .def file
rename venom DEF file
and then copy
on select.def you must make this character work on your roster
kfm\kfm.def,random,includestage=0;Kung Fu Man
Venom\venom.def,random,includestage=0; Venom
move on screen packs
ok if you download EVEBATTLE.EXE
open winzip extract all the files
on DATA to make it show up

stages on this early tutorial you just learn how to add characters yes probably some of people dont know
a new trick using notepad and other stuff
so here we go
alright mugen lets see open your folder first ok it should pop up your mugen folder go to data folder
from there go click select.def
in here scroll down untill you find this bugger that said "stages" here i show you the example

ok this is what you do to fix eve battle
setting up eve
- re-download eve battle back
- open the folder
- extract all the file
- ok on the "data " do not touch sound and fnt folder focus
on the system.def and selec.def and other stuff leave the folder first
now extract file
- once your extract it
- on sound and fnt folder open it extract fnt folder and sound folder files
on the exact folder
and then walla eve screenpack

well this is my first tutorial
go download your mugen on ares p2p
search on mugen xp
that will fix your problem most sites post
stupid files so what you need to do is
go to ares
download ares on google.com and then run it
once you run it configure your ares
and then on the search bar search " mugen xp"
that winrar intallation is on spanish but you can figure
out what to to do with it
