So the record for GameCops forums is.. 13.
Not bad. But we can do better.
We should see how high we can push that, by having as many of us log on as possible on the same day, to show our support for GameCop and all he's done..
This thread will be perfect to discuss when would be the best day and time..
For example, most of us are free on the weekends.. next week saturday or sunday? what time?

I used to do bizzare news on AAH, but a few people said it was disruptive of the talks, and that it had nothing to do with emulation (like half the crap in current affairs has anything to do with emulation anyway?!?)

Vintage computer emulation should have it's own. They aren't infact Consoles.
Hey, There is something you can add to your FTP, Atari 2600/5200/etc roms.. and commodore64 roms (Is there a C64 emulator? I don't know)
The Atari department I could help you in.. I have a decent number of Atari and Colecovision roms laying around

he's changed, and in some cases, locked their avatar, and their title, saying that they are gay, of screwwed in teh head.. Publically tells people how stupid and wrong they are..
If 2/3 of the board disagree with him.. he goes "Guess what, yer ALL wrong" and locks the thread, and deletes any other thread about it thats started.
Personally, he's a discrimintory (censored) that constantly claims that the USA is the #1 country in the world, and anyone else should get down on their hands and knees, and worship the ground they walk on.

i luv emulation and respec the guys that create the roms and help us test them.
these days i haven't found any sites that WORK!!! or even i fthey work they have roms dated back at 1996
so.... are ther any other Emulation sites?

If anyone has an idea of a decent avatar (or a site that has a bunch) let me know.. I'm not really that picky, I love just about anything.

2002-11-02: Paul Priest fixed the colors in the Taisen Hot Gimmick games and Quiz de Idol! Hot Debut. Strikers 1945 III was also added to the Psikyo SH-2 driver, although one graphics ROM seems to be bad.
2002-11-01: Phil Stroffolino improved the Gorf colors. Nathan Woods did some minor tweaks to allow compiling with the MinGW 2.0 distribution.
2002-10-31: Aaron Giles fixed the -listinfo output for HD images and added optional XML output. smf added HD image support to the DOS version. Nathan Wood merged in some minor user interface related changes.

I actually was considering abandoning DSL a while back..
During the months of may-august, any time we ahd a thunderstorm, from about 20 minutes before the storm to usually 10-15 minutes after, DSL would be out. Qwest said it was "atmospheric interference" and there was nothing they could do.
Then it would go down 3 or 4 times for an hour at a time the first monday and wednesday of the month. "upgrades" they said.
and THEN they "accidently" changed my service from the 600 down to a 250.
It's been since labor day since i've had a real problem tho.. it still goes down first monday of the month, but it's done just an hour or two now, and they moved it to 5am (why they were doing it in the evening is beyond me) so now i'd stay with it.. but if you had asked a couple months ago...

Personally, I rarely had problems, other then the ever-present
403-9 "Sorry so many users! Try again late" message. (gotta love that translation)
Anyway, it's sad to see them go.. but here is something i've wondered.. last year, they shut down a site for having copyrighted material on there, nothing unusual, but the games were only NES/SNES.
I'm sorry, but unless the nintendo people get REALLY stupid, they arn't gonna re-release the NES or SNES ever, they don't sell them anymore.. HELLO? This better not be part of the $3 billion a year game companies are "losing". The only people that could be "losing" money from the distribution of NES and SNES games are people like "ebay".
