I would first make sure that your mugen.cfg file in your data folder is not set to "read-only". Right click on it and go to properties and make sure the "read-only" option is not checked. Other than that, just make sure that when you change settings in mugen that you save them in the options menu. Hope this helps.

Hello everyone! I've been searching for two characters for a very very long time and have been utterly unable to find either. The first is called Wind (I've also heard her called Goeniko), she is the female version of Goenitz from KOF. I'm not sure who made it because I've yet to see the character even referenced on any site. You can see her in two videos that I've found on youtube.com. The first video is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q6xjtsqen5Q&search=mugen You can see her at the 1:19 mark (she's in the blue outfit). She does her super at the 2:35 mark. The second video is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRcOE83XY7Y&search=mugen You can see her doing a super at the 3:30 mark. The second character I'm looking for is Yueng Soi Leng by Yousuke-Kouki. You can see her in the first video at the 2:23 mark and in the second video at the 4:21 mark. If any one has either of these characters, I would greatly appreciate it if you could either post a working link to them or send them to me via email at rulerchieftan@yahoo.com. I have around 400 characters, so if anybody is looking for something and I have it, I'd be happy to email it to you. Thanks again!
