Internet archive now returns http error code 401 when raine tries to download its roms

The error code is lost in the current official binary because it didn't get an error before so it didn't need to handle it, so I just added some code to handle it in the current version in git.
Well I don't plan to try to find a workaround, it means they don't want that raine downloads directly its roms from their site, I made the thing clear because it uses its own user agent when downloading its roms, now it's rejected when the same request done from a normal web browser works. So ok, the automatic rom downloads won't work for now. Notice that a few roms are downloaded from other sources so these will continue to work, but internet archive had the majority of the roms.
