Shadowrun SNES ROM glitch examination key word!?

I decided to re play shadowrun after getting my dude to be a total bad ass (levelled up highish), I decided to go set of the cortex bomb in my guys head. Anyway I go see the street doc (where you come out of the arena where the king lets you out) and the key word "Examination" wont appear in the list of words!! So I cant get the guy to trigger the next sequence!

This is so annoying, has anyone of you dudes got a save state (I know a long shot) that I can bypass this with?

I really dont want to start again, thats gonna be two hours of doing the exact same stuff I just did, dam man I was looking forward to playing this sucker and it does this to me.
