Can you ask him out for a drink and get him drunk? The only real solution is for you to access his hard drive. A full BIOS format from the bootable Windows XP CD will ensure his files are well dead. Can you take this matter to the police? The only way I see this working is by you somehow, through trickery, gain access to his computer.
