His IP is from the Army and we had a whole range of them in the ban list. I can only think that when GC updated the board the IP's didn't take. The one he posted with is the same IP in the ban list. It is actually in there 2 times plus a wild card one. Well now the wild card one is in there now.

I'll compare the list. Most likely an Admin just didn't add it directly below the IP list, but in the middle. I'll take some looks.

However I banned XXL from my Domain, so he gets no access at all now. I at first did it by domain, apparently however, it doesn't work. I'll talk to my server admin also.
