did it ever occur to you that maybe it's a special unique style that the tattoo artist uses?

 

Could you phrase that in a positive way?

 

Like maybe "It could just be a mix of Fairbrook and basic serif upper-case that the tatto artist uses?"

 

Thanks to skid for the help- I ended up sorting it out.
