Anywho, it's not much prgramming in m.u.g.e.n. unless you're a expiercened one and you choose to edit stuff like chars and motifs. The real good ones can make new chars or completly edit other ones to do new moves and stances to thier liking. Type "DBZ mugen" in google they got a dbz game, full of dbz chars and it was powered by mugen.Char packs.....um....betta keep lookin kiddo, suggest u do each char at a time and not look for "packs".
