configure controller for both player

Hi, I have got another problem is that when I play using player two, it controlll both player 1 and player 2 except player 1 controll does not controll player 2 only the movement key, not the button attack key. Well, I have check that both controll are assign different key, for player one, I assign key to keyboard. For player two, I assign key for a usb controller, anyone knows how to set up so that player 2 will not controll player 1 key?
