Don't bump topics unless there is an EXTREMELY good reason for doing so. Topic split. Now, do you have the SegaCD BIOS files? More importantly the USA BIOS since you are trying to run a games that needs the USA BIOS. You'll get nowhere before you have those files and set them up for Kega Fusion to use.
