how do u check where graphic card is and sistem specs.????

hi guys im new to this forum i need some help. i donwloaded the files. that u guys sayd. well that Game cop sayd. the mugen clean file. and the patch. but i need help now. what do i do first? i dont want to mess up. plz help guys
