Well, the last 2 files are fakes.
"kof2003.zip" is just CTHD 2003.
"kof2k3.zip" was just a.zip of Kawaks.
The 67.10 MB KOF file is not done yet.
Even if this experiment was unsuccessful, how did two players manage to play King of Fighters 2003 in Kaillera? It might have been two guys that just wanted to get the attention that THEY had the ROM, but I don't know.
Looks like I am done. If by any chance the last KOF file happens to work, I will post. Till then, anon.

Well, I used to live in Korea until a few years ago too (yup I'm Korean too). I wonder when the arcade will get to Canada?
Oh, the rom screenshot I saw was runing on Mame (which GameCop posted). Man, I wish he emulates the game with better emulators for KOF 2003...

everyone would like to go to arcade shop and play, and challanges everyone, rather than playing rom in PC alone (no fun at all)...
but look at me, my arcade shop is dead, no games, no kof 2003, no nothing

Same here, I mean where is KOF 2003 arcade in Canada anyway? Also, for the rom who stole KOF 2003, did he just hacked into EFMP and just deleted their KOF 2003?

I have downloaded s1 and m1 rom files and they were real as I have tried them with KOF 2002 rom.
Also, the rumor about Razoola... It's all lie, it is said that he has nothing to do with KOF 2003. He said he doesn't even know who dumped the game and this has nothing to do with him.
