They could've done a bit better with rendering, it looks a bit choppy, but gameplay looks really smooth and really cool. If this requires 2.6, I would say this would be the reason to switch to 2.6.

PSP-Hacks.com and PSP-Vault.com both have around the same things, I would say both are good for PSP Homebrew, etc. But none really tell you a lot of forum information like how to fix things, or how to troubleshoot, etc.
