ok, my problem is solved i have to connect to the udp test with 192.168.1.188 ( or other ip not in use ) and change it to 192.168.1.189 just after launching the udp test

first time i tried ds2key, it worked fine then, i wanted to change my ip to put 192.168.1.189 ( i didn't want to configure it each time ) after that, big problem : i have the same problem as the quote before, and windows says there is an ip conflict, whatever ip i choose to use ds2key ( 1.1.1.1 or 254.254.254.254 ) i'm sure each ip i test ISN'T already given in my network, so i don't understand why it doesn't work anymore, even if i configure everything like it was when it worked :/
