tried and load then try to play controls dont work..

I DId and 1964 sux balls and it messed up the rom and answer my question when do u do the input before loading rom or after its loading?

yes and it still reverst to back to unassign and / do that beforeu load a rom or after its loaded?

I TRIED and it wont let me save and stuff and it wont let me use em its keeps sayin unassigned when i input the things while i play
