no problems on windows 10 pro64 bit with arcade64. but xp is still official supported?

maybe you should start from scratch: download standard mame 183 from mame.net from https://github.com/mamedev/mame/releases/download/mame0183/mame0183b_64bit.exe and unzip it in a folder download arcade.exe an put it in the same folder now replace \ini subfolder with mine if this way does not work maybe there's something wrong with your pc or configuration....

ok.. it's in a subfolder: ini\presets\raster.ini to semplify things in attachment I give you a .zip file with entire ini folder, unpack it in your arcade dir and let's see what's happen.... ini.zip

I do'nt know if it's a fool (or impossible to realize) idea, or if no one has never think to it before... anyway could it be possible to integrante in the arcade gui the videosnap support? actually the only way to see videosnap is through an external frontend but a direct arcade support in my opinion would be great... or maybe there are some reason if it has never done before? (expecially now that we have the beautifoul videosnaps by antopisa & motoschifo...) as usual, thank you for the reply

I'm using arcade 0.183 as usual with hlsl effects enabled without issue, same settings of "classic" mame..

@windale: to explain the missing of The King of Fighters '99,Mouse Trap2 and VS Block Breaker: (made a copy/paste from another forum ) There is a temporary "git" (aka release branch) made at the end of each month to prevent last minute changes from delaying the release. Many people do not realize that the last few additions made on last month are really the first few additions for the next month. also kof99ka was a rename, displaced by the new kof99k. now these roms have arrived on the "usual places" on internet and will be part of the future mame 0.183 supported games

thank you!! about samples, now in arcade 0.181 we can remove Vimana, Fire Shark and Teki Paki, right? and about ghox an whoopee we still need them? (they should be the only two extra samples that standard mame does not use)
