I had this issue when adding extra videos to CO6 it has to the number of files in each directory since the xbox is fat formatted you can only have 4096 files per folder i believe. I believe CO looks for videos in /videos then in /videos2 and so so until it doesn't find a /videos#. I could be wrong but i know when i added videos7 and dumped my extra files there and it worked. Now looking back at my folder it looks like videos2 doesn't have anything in it so I could have copied them there. Hope this helps.
