nope still dont work! were do I get a clean copy then? I have an intel Extream grahics 845gv???? please help

Ive been a big fan of mugen a few years back when I had ME it was awsome. I had a crap load of chars and every thing. Now 2 years later I finnaly found a winmugen that runs on my xp. now even though it works none of my chars work at all! On me ME addition i just unzipped them in the char folder an walla they were there. Now Ive looked every were for some one to help me and no one will. Im verry computer illiterate so simple as possible please. Is there a program that I can just drop the chars in like a windows winmugen configuator or something. Someone please help I have all my favorite DBZ chars and stages (40) and none work(the old way). I have the win no limit version. I Really want to play and create my game as easy as possible. thanks alot no one else will help me.(on any other general gamming forum) so I stumbled on this forum. thans agin Newbie
