Um but those are some pretty expensive cards, is the pny graphics im buying completely different?
I thought two gigs is two gigs either way.

Also im trying to research the beep code its been giving me.
It gives me six beeps, so im trying to find out what that means, thanks guys for helping me and for helping me further.

ANd I dont know about you guys, but I dont think I have a bios menu.
I can only use setup and boot menu.
There's no option that even says anything like 'bios utilityo or 'bios menu'.
SNd in regards to shiba, I took out one of my old eons and just tried it one old and the new one, I received the same error!

I think i found the reason through cpu-z
the two card that are in my pc have a 3 frequency set as all rams do
However the one i have, even though its a 5300, the frequencies are all different.

Okay, so i've installed ram before, real simple.
So when I say, its time to get an extra gig, it seemed like np.
NOw i bought it and brought it home,
its a pc2-5300 just like my other two sticks but for some reason when i install this one, the cpu beeps in a wiereed sequence and doesnt show me anything.
So it only did it with this ram stick, im sure i did something wrong, but double checked my cpu specs, I can take another 1gb pc25300, so im just confused, please assist!

Someone here mentioned it, I believe it was Skythe, but it seems if others have missed it. So i will elaborate.
There is a "Gambit" system. All non player characters in party will do exactly what you want via the FFXII Gambit system. If you have gotten far in FFXII you'll know how useful this is. But yes, there are times when you need to pause the game and set things straight from time to time.
As for "hack and slash" It is, I don't know what you mean by "i command you to engage in combat" rather than "yeah! im engaging in combat"
What I meant was, in pc I just send the chars to a person and I just watch them attack them until I intervene.(i command you to engage in combat")
For I what I believe Im being told, in the console version, I have to continuously press an attack button over and over again,(a good example would baldur's gate, The Reckoning, Dynasty warriors for the 360 or even something like LOTR Two Towers. THESE are what I consider hack'n/slash cuz I have to press an attack for each attack.)
Sadly I never played Diablo, so any reference to that games doesn't help.Skythe almost answered my question but I was curious if the console has the same point-click-watch thing, or is a more interactive system like the previous titles i mentioned.
(BTW. ME1[360] was like a 3rd person shooter with rpg elements; I didn't have the luxury to click point and watch the AI do my bidding)

It seems like 360 version wins. by "crappy old rig" and also... I dont mind mashing the hack button.

I think i get it now
PC = They hack on their own, until you make them do special attacks.
Console = You press a button to hack and you can control the special attack through a a preset menu.

NOw if Im not mistaken, I exceed the requirements except for the intel thingie, but when i try to play it; the Framerate is horrid just by doing simple movements.
Am I missing something here?

Does the PC version lets u hack or is just "go to him" then "watch him attack"?
I loved mass Effect so have no problem with a little interactive combat, the whole "i command you to engage in combat" rather than "yeah! im engaging in combat" is my fix.
So i saw a video of someone playing the pc version and i notice it had the click here, move here thing going on. (major fail for my taste)
How ever, havnig all the attacks at da bottom for quick acces is much better than having to set up presets.

Um, I wanted to ask this in the other thread but fail there....
I bought Dragon Age off a whim but when I was about to open it i thought about a review that says this game is betta on pc.
Now they say these games play totally different, so I just want to know the differences.
Im more of a hack slash guy, but I want some strategy driven combat as well, Im not even sure how the PC version plays so if someone detail the difference I will know whether or not I decide to return this game and get the boot--- i mean the PC game from Gamestop.

game ARE getting shittier, not only are they getting shittier but they are getting shorter and easier.
This is an emulation site, So I know I am right when I say we all play games from 20+ years ago, and most of us played them when they first came out. Can you name ONE game that has come out recently that you will still be playing in 20+ years? Even ONE!? What about 10 years? Five years? I can't even name one for 5 years. Except I guess counter strike, i've been playing counter strike for a long time first CS and now CSS, the funny thing is I haven't ever gotten real serious about it though, I just play it when I'm bored. It's convenient to play because it runs on most anything and I can just get it off steam. You don't have to concentrate or anything if you play Zombiemod which is nice, and when I want to do some slaughtering I play deathmatch crackhouse. I started playing it because a bunch of my friends played it but I haven't played with them in years.
THe only games that reached that list for me were SPlinter cell CT(not sure if dats 5 years) and the old MArvel vs capcom! neva gets old.
The post he said, screw the business explanation but unfortunately you cant because even if someone wanted to do something "old school" they would on the back burner and barely get any love.
BOrderlands was a GHOST when it came out until dudes actually played it or rented it and then "OMG this game is really addictive" THEN BAM! Copies started blowing out.
Even with fighting games, omg i dont need to see my char's sweat, I wanna see him do something ridiculous out of the book instead of jus bouncing off da floor.
but fps is taking over and im already getting tired of fps, the only reason i polay shooting games is to use snipers, cuz i personally never get tired of some nice head shots.
I miss 2d so much, think of all da crap you can put into a 2d game thats wasted on graphics, but lets stop lying to ourselves this is the HD era so get used to it, or just keep playing indie games.

I dun care, i have bout 2 days worth of time under it and i say my money was well spent on this game.
I dont like playing games on cpu, most of my friends have 360 anyway,

Call me crazy but I feel that if someone would have maybe talked against it, it would push me to try harder than i am. but since everyone is saying positive things i feel like im being jynxed and I dont want to get confident. Im just really troubled by it.

ANother thing, How do i get behind an enemy to a do a backstab, im a rogue and everytime i got into battle in stealth mode they always see me and it says "detected".
Do i have to put the cursor on the enemies back ot does he have to fight someone and i just hit him while he's attacking?
