nope. pressing the two buttons didn't work. what happens when i flash a new bios and how do i do it?

I modded my xbox a long time ago with an xecuter mod chip. i recently tried turning it on and it keeps bringing me to a screen that says FLASHBIOS 3.0.1 on top. how do I get out of this and back to the screen where I can play the games that I downloaded onto it?
