CoinOps is based on .84. I'm confused why this is such a big deal because I think BP included a MK core a few releases ago. Also, on Trusty upgraded Xboxes, these MK play perfectly in the .84 core. I always thought the 360 was much faster so, in theory, it would be able to support newer cores. I'm not that familiar with the 360 scene though.
he may have added the midway core but ULTMKIII still only plays perfect with out sound and most of us dont have 200 or 300 dollars to drop on a modded updated mobo

yeah i read about this and its going on my jtag as well when it gets released.i still think mortal kombat trilogy on ps1 and saturn is the definitive version of mortal kombat though.
i agree however think of it PERFECT fps and PERFECT REAL arcade feel and sound oooh man im going to be busting ALL of my friends up this summer for sure release is soon from what i hear this mame will also support 4000+ more games man i can only think of ALL the arcade perfect games that coinops and the xbox 1 can not handle!

Possible Injection of a few Midway Arcade Treasures/any other noteworthy games (ala Street Fighter 3 Style) - Rush the Rock, Race/Hard Drivin, Primal Rage, MK1, MK2, MK3, Hydro Thunder, Offroad Thunder, etc... games that dont work well natively in Mame for Xbox.

only in BETA.....CoinOPS 3 will have all Midway games with sound....but ive been put off doing the work at present
its OK you can compair CoinOPS 2 to xRaine v0.51.9 it to will play arcades.....thanks to A600 who will be the first to release a video of both
Project 2 will be upon us soon.......
well can i buy the BETA from you? all i want is to play ALL MK games perfectly just the beta and mk games is all i ever wanted

power instinct legends are they issued...I thought I just added that game and wasnt in R4 if you mean power instinct 2 then its fixed....ive fixed alot of bugs now...GUI bugs like some new games displayed in the gui like they are horizontal games but they are vertical games....lots more....and ive been adding 100s of new games....
next ive got vm and midway stuff to do....then ill release a new non standalone

Ok CoinOPS EPIC R2 is in the final week....console features only patched in at present....and id guess R3 and R4 maybe for console people as well then R5 R6 ill do some arcade stuff....
but it should have

Keymapping (much more intuative than any other xbox emu) for consoles.....its really easy for the user...big steps over the xport emu keyremap features
Save States for consoles
Paths for Console Roms
Path for Final Burn Core Roms
GBA and GB GBC have different screen and button remembering

A quick one from me..... same info as above this ones sqaure and aspect is correct
can rename it to default.tbn so it displays in XBMC as the icon
I know others do this stuff but I thought id give a quick one and save me the effort of finding oneHope you like it if not well there are lots of others...not to my taste and often the wrong name....if anyone wants the psd or to make a wide icon let me know ill help out doesnt take long

Well, the nature of torrents are that they need people to seed. As we get more people with complete sets of files, the faster things will be for others. For now its working but slow. Unfortunately, I have no knowledge of the usenets.

Well, BP wants a thread, so I thought I'd start one. Let's just post personal requests, without comments like "Good idea" or "No we don't need that", so that it'll be easier to sum it up every once in awhile.
An important note though. If people despite this rule start commenting or trolling, please don't respond on that or try to defend yourself or anything. I'm convinced that ignoring stupidity here is the best way to deal with it.
Here's my first suggestions for the thread, although I've mentioned these for BP before:
Mortal Kombat 3 and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 with sound.
Pixel perfect console
Different settings for Gameboy Advance and the other versions of Gameboy, so that yoo don't need to customize the screen when changing between the formats.
Mario Tennis 64 (a fix so that the game gets playable in coinops)
Star Wars - Dark Forces PSX (a fix so that the game gets playable in coinops)
Sorry if any of these already have been worked on in CoinOPS Epic!
wait some else wants to see ULTIMATE MK III with sound? wow the way things were going i thought i was the only one who wanted that lol

nope ive done the patch sort of and ill just have to insert it...all Midway stuff now runs in the mame B6 core as I freed up 10 megs of ram
will you insert it before this release is public?

i think we have ALL voted several times about midway stuff but nothing has popped up features keep getting pushed back so you can only understand why people are just waiting
