  1. sweet deal! You learn something new everyday. Thanks I will look into that
  2. Is it possible for me to send my battery to a willing soul to help me out. No one has a psp that can be used to make one. I found someone with a 2.60 but they had that motherboard that you cannot downgrade, or is that something that has been fixed?
  3. you're the man. Thanks a lot. Trying to learn about all this stuff in 2 days is crazy. So much information. I just need to make a pandora battery and memory stick combo to downgrade my 3.52 Ahh...how the quest never ends lol One more little question... If I use a psp to create the pandora battery, could that one be restored to its original "legal" state? I ask because I may have to use someone else's psp to create the pandora to downgrade mine. Some people may not want their psp to be so...how can I say this...dirty? If you want to get rid of your custom firmware, just use the Network Update feature on your PSP to get the latest official firmware. I will be sure to find out if i can do this...just as soon as I find a psp with a FW below 3.51

  6. My question is concerning the issue of downgrading a psp and putting on a custom firmware. i really want to play my psx games on psp but, I still may want to buy some games. Guess I should get to the point... Are you able to play games that are on UMDs with a homebrew psp and not have to worry about the required upgrades some game have you do to play them. For example Monster Hunter, when it first came out, required that you update to 2.50. So, for future games such as FFVII Crisis Core would I HAVE to download to play it, or could I just purchase it and not worry about the update or anything of the such. I tried to word this best I could. I am green when it comes to homebrewing the psp, and before I make the leap of homebrewing it, I want to be sure that I can still buy games and play them like I would with a normal psp. Thanks!
