whats wrong with your dvd-drive?
It was sticking so my husband ripped it out with his bare hands, doesn't stick anymore....
dosent work either!
if you ftp anyway,you dont need the dvd-drive,ive got a 400gig hdd in mines,i think bar a pc the xbox1 is the best emu console out there.
That's all I use the XBox 1 for is emulators so it's always connected to a ftp to move stuff on the HDD.
It has a 120gb hdd, More than enough for roms and a few XBox 1 games

pcsxbox dosent actually play ps1 original discs or iso discs,think the games can only be played on the hardrive,
i could be wrong about it not playing iso discs but it definetly does not play original ps1 games.
The dvd-drive in my XBox doesn't work anyways, Everything I play on it is from the hard drive

if you have a modded xbox1,then use pcsxbox,thats your only alternitive.
How well does PCSXBox emulate games on the XBOX1?
Impressively well, although it does require you to change some settings around, but the errors most likely are not large enough that a game isn't playable.
I've never had to change any settings on my Xbox to run any game properly. Some have bad controls (Tecmo's Deception comes to mind...)
All the games I play are also bin and cue, I've never tried an actual disc.

Ok that game I have played.
It's fun if you don't need a deep story or anything. I'd buy it if I found it used but it's a really short game. On easy you could finish it in a few hours. The only re-play it has is going through on harder difficulty's getting better guns and more health.

you don't have to be signed into live or even connected for that matter to play your arcade games. you just have to be signed in to download an purchase them.
You do have to be connected if it's on a different console than the one it was purchased on

Battle Royale
I got the 2 disc special edition of Battle Royale, really gory

I don't own one But I have used one.
It's not very comfortable to wear. If I moved my head at all it kept falling out. The people I was playing with kept saying that I sounded far away from the mic.

You can play media off a thumb drive. Or at least I think you can?? I'm sure I have...
Actually it can do that, I plug my cell phone into the 360 the once, in fact it can read off any USB memory device as long as it formatted as FAT32, just make sure the movie files are no bigger then 4GB.
I didn't say it wouldn't play files from a thumb drive, I said it won't let me copy to the 360 from a thumb drive. I've plugged my cell and PSP into it and they both play mp3's or avi's.

I like Live Gold, the games are good, no web-browser doesn't bother me at all (having the messenger on is irritating after 2 days of constant "why's your status say xbox?!?11!"). Now that it has Divx I can put my satalite HDD on it to watch all my movies and take my HDD to friends house's who have a 360. Not tripping over a wire in the dark at 3am is nice too with wireless controllers. Built in mp3 player is good too, would be better if let me take files from a thumb drive instead of only off a cd.
BUT after having 1 360 get sent back, I hate that I need to be online to play any Live Arcade game I own. And that means for any profile on my system I MUST be signed in and connected to Live for it show a full version game. The dpad does suck since it can't tell if I pushed right or down or both...

Wow that sucks if they locked the thing somehow. You should be able to customize a button for the phone app thing.
It's not all that suprising, Bell canada locks out alot of things on all thier cells

Mostly depends on the series if they drag it out for along time.
A few of the shorter series get to the point and that's it.
It's the 100+ episode series that discuss everything to death...Naruto is the worst for that. 4 episodes talking about an unstoppable move that no one can evade or live from the hit.....but 5 episodes later it misses and everyone's shocked for the next 2 episodes....
Most of the anime you see on tv is edited too.
