plz can sumbody help me with an emulator

hi evryone i have an emulator called 'dneomame' and evrytime i try an load metal slug 1 into it loads up but then stop and says: Error: unable to allocate memory for region 138 Unable to initialize machine emulation dus anybody know how to solve the problem thnx in advance
