ok, well..I finally fixed all my cps issues on mame so I'm using that exclusively now...I still kept nebula as a test emu though
I recommend u to use FBA, its fast and easy to use

i downloaded from super nova, that rar is a fraud there was no rom inside
i extracted everything inside and there is nothing
is it hidden or somthing? i right click it and it says 41 MB!
this better not be some virus or somthing
where is the rom?
the rom is in the ROMS folder...

you don't really need a loader for nebula, rom data is all you need
not true.. if u dont got the loader then Nebula will show only a black screen with a message : "this game is locked"

I dont like MAME... with FBA everything is working F-A-S-T ! ! ! and with FBA I can use the 2xSaI option to SMOOTH the picture...trust me, its better on MAME

I've got a version of FBA that can load SVC,PIM,ROTD,KOF2002 and MSULG4 (see the link below) but i didnt managed to load them... maybe its something with my CRCs...
so if someone has managed to load those ROMs in this version of FBA plz tell me!!
