Yea I tried that and when I press yes to switch to 640x480 the screen goes black then goes back to windows

I have an ATI Rage Ultra 4x AGP graphics card, and when I try to run MUGEN I get an error saying cant change video mode and that I need a VESA driver. Any help would be GREAT.

Ok, I have SvC and SvC plus, I also have download the KawaX plus pack. In the pack I dont see Pand M roms for SvC. Tried to dl the kawaX again and I get an error. If possible can some one email me step by step directions.
