hi guys. ho do you patch a nonbootable game/iso to make it bootable?

hey guys noob here. i was able to get an mds of my sf3 3rd strike gdrom but i cant get it to work on nullDc. eveytime i load it the cd player screen appears. there were no errors when i made the image file. any ideas?
