MrPayPerView

I downloaded NeoRageX complete and samuraishowdown 2 and 4 roms but I don't know how to get them to run. I have winrar to extract the rar files and set the rom path to where the roms are located and tried to import them but it doesn't show me as having them in the game directory. Can you please tell me how to get the roms loaded and running please? Thanks~
