Where to find Dolphin

Where do i download "dolphin" ALSO: i'm new to using emulators. How do u find games and play them on ur computer. what i mean is a gamecube disk is to small to fit on to a pc. how do u play it on ur computer if u have an emulator?.Two more things. what is an "ISO"? also, do u know of any place were i can download Mario Sunshine to play on me gamecube emu. o ya my email is ziahsarju42290@msn.com
